Projects
Global Surveillance is the umbrella website for research projects and studies from the Research Group for Genomic Epidemiology, Technical University of Denmark. The primary task of the research group is to perform targeted research with the aim of reducing the global burden of infectious diseases with a special focus on antimicrobial resistance.
The research group combines expertise in:
- Molecular and conventional microbiology
- Epidemiology
- Bioinformatics
