KMA updates and computer problems

This presentation contains the most recent updates of KMA, together with the most common errors when using it. Where the most significant update allows us to utilize ONT sequencing with the same precision as we have become used to with Illumina sequencing.

To round, there are a few basic hardware issues encountered when running e.g. KMA, but with examples from other pieces of software too.
