Introduction to CGELabs

How do we bring genomic diagnostics to remote regions with limited infrastructure? CGELabs is our solution - a laptop-based tool that makes nanopore sequencing analysis possible in the field. Developed for the GREAT-LIFE project, it is designed to help frontline healthcare workers identify pathogens and detect antimicrobial resistance in real-time, without requiring high-performance computing infrastructure or constant internet connectivity.
