Under GREAT-LIFE, we have developed a 'Great-Life Data Repository', within DHIS2 platform. With the help of KCRI DHIS2 instance, various programmes have been configured for data capture, and visualisations of both individual and aggregate data from 6 countries of the great lakes region in East Africa. We have also talked to the University of Oslo to integrate prediction models in the 'CHAP modelling platform', an open-source software platform for climate and health data harmonization and climate-sensitive disease forecasting that enables users to access, import, train, tune, run, assess, and share predictive models, leveraging the power of machine learning/AI. This will enhance local uptake and ownership as well as foster collaboration.
