PanRes2

Today’s presentation is about the newly upgraded version of PanRes. In this presentation, we give a short introduction on the new version of the database, that still contains 14078 unique genes from various antimicrobial resistance databases, and we show the new features we wish to add. With the aim of making PanRes more "functional" and more helpful for people to use, we plan to automate the update process, provide protein sequences and PDB structures for each gene and, finally, provide HMM profiles for each high-homology cluster.
